Refund Policy

General

This refund policy complies with Danish consumer law and Printful's terms of service.
At DesignByGade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us via our contact form. Our refund policy covers the following scenarios – in accordance with our guidelines and the applicable procedures from our partner Printful:

Order Cancellation​

  • If you cancel your order before production begins, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Once production has started, we cannot offer a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receipt to resolve the issue promptly.

  • Please include photos and a brief description of the damage or issue.

  • Depending on the situation, we offer either a refund or a replacement.

Production Errors​

  • For printing errors or other production errors caused by us or Printful, we offer a refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Incorrect Products​

  • If you receive an incorrect product (e.g., wrong size or color), please contact us immediately.

  • We will send the correct product and cover any additional shipping costs in accordance with Printful’s guidelines.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/Danish Customers)

If you are a customer in Denmark or the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item.
This right applies even if the product is made to order (print-on-demand), as long as it is not clearly personalized specifically for you – for example, with your name, a personal message, or a custom design.

Since our products are produced on demand by Printful and shipped directly to you, returns must be sent to Printful’s return address. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective products that are clearly customized in a personal way.

Additional Information

  • For packages that may be lost during shipping, claims for a refund or replacement must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • If the shipping address is incorrect or insufficient, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for any costs associated with reshipping.

  • Ensure that the address is correct – you may use a ZIP code lookup (e.g., USPS) to verify that the city and ZIP code match. USPS ZIP code lookup.
